Job summary

HI-TECH SUPPORTS is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a remote, full-time position. You will provide technical support for hardware and software, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist in setup and configuration of computers, printers, and devices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networking basics, and excellent communication.
