Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line IT support for devices and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and equipment provisioning for new hires.
• Familiarity with IT processes optimization and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for devices and SaaS platforms.
• Procure equipment for new hires and handle onboarding/offboarding.
• Identify issues and optimize IT processes.
• Use AI tools to speed troubleshooting and automate tasks.
• Monitor system performance to ensure smooth IT service delivery.
• Research and recommend new IT-related products or services.
• Support office systems (video conferencing, booking, access control).
• Onboard/offboard users and provide basic training.
• Document platforms and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot network/connectivity issues and procure devices as needed.
• Monitor endpoint management and security tools; proactively remediate issues.
• Maintain inventory and tidy storage; participate in process improvements.
