Job summary

Lunar Energy in San Francisco, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a fast-growing team supporting a global workforce. You will provide 1st/2nd line device and SaaS support, handle onboarding/offboarding, procure equipment, and optimize IT processes while leveraging AI tools to speed troubleshooting and improve documentation.

Candidates should have 2+ years of IT experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

• Scripting knowledge: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure AD and Kandji for device management.
• Intune/Endpoint Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for devices and SaaS platforms.
• Procure equipment and onboard/offboard employees.
• Identify issues and optimize IT processes.
• Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and automate tasks.
• Monitor system performance to ensure IT service delivery.
• Research and recommend new products or services.
• Day-to-day user support.
• Support office systems like video conferencing and access control.
• User onboarding/offboarding and basic training.
• Document platforms and processes.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
• Procure devices for service requests.
• Monitor endpoint security tools and remediate issues.
• Maintain inventory and storage cleanliness.
• Lead projects to streamline processes and security.
