Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support or systems administration role.
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows endpoint administration.
• Working knowledge of Okta and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provision, image, and support macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Administer Jamf and ThreatLocker for endpoint security.
• Support core tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
