Lunar Energy in Mountain View, CA is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver reliable 1st/2nd line IT support for a fast-growing team. You’ll handle onboarding, device provisioning, and admin tasks across macOS/Windows and SaaS platforms, while keeping systems secure and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to present to varied audiences.

• Experience supporting macOS and Windows devices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack tools.
• Experience with device management and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for devices and SaaS platforms.
• Procure equipment for new hires and handle onboarding/offboarding.
• Identify issues and optimize IT processes.
• Use AI tools to speed troubleshooting and automate tasks.
• Monitor performance to ensure smooth IT services.
• Document new and existing platforms and processes.
• Onboard/offboard users and provide basic training.
• Manage office systems including video conferencing and access control.
• Triage network and connectivity issues.
• Maintain inventory and support ongoing IT projects.
