Job summary

Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Wilmington, NC.

You will provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and corporate applications, including EMR and Microsoft 365, across the organization. This full-time role supports a 24/7 emergency services department with a Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS/IT/IS.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support via tickets, email, phone, and remote tools.
• Support EMR software and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Manage user accounts, access, passwords, and MFA.
• Assist with IT projects and system upgrades.
• Travel between Coastal Horizons locations as needed.
• Assist with report development as needed.
