Job summary

SingleStore, based in San Francisco, seeks an IT Operations Engineer to shape our IT toolset and provide Tier 1 support for end users. This hands-on role covers end-user support, client engineering, executive support, and infrastructure application support.

You will administer SaaS apps, automate IT workflows, onboard/offboard users, and collaborate across units to improve processes as the business scales. Onsite in SF with competitive benefits and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT operations experience.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, OKTA, Slack, and JIRA.
• Experience using GAM for Google Workspace automation.
• Experience with Mac MDM tools like Kandji.
• Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer SaaS apps and keep features up to date.
• Automate IT workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Onboard/offboard users and respond to tickets.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and devices.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate tech solutions.
