The IT Support Lead in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will manage daily operations of the technology solutions center, support IT infrastructure for college events, and oversee services such as the equipment checkout system, Zoom, and Qualtrics for faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field; two years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with third-party vendors; event tech support; experience in a ticketing system.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computers, tablets, mobile devices, and audio/visual equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the technology solutions center.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure support for college events.
• Administer services such as the equipment checkout system, Zoom instance, Qualtrics, and other tools.
• Lead a project or team and manage vendor relationships.
