• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and duties.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and user support in a help desk setting for a moderately complex computing environment.
• Assist the University community with PC support, training, troubleshooting and network support.
• Document processes, track inventory, and write reports.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment and IoT devices.
• Work with security and endpoint management to provide consultations and recommendations from the catalog.
