Job summary

Agri Cover, Inc. seeks an IT support assistant to help users with basic guidance for software and hardware, install and update applications on workstations and laptops, and assist in maintaining servers and networks. You will test issues, research solutions, and implement fixes under the IT team’s guidance.

Qualified candidates have at least freshman year progress toward a Bachelor’s in IT or a similar field and can communicate clearly. Some duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of freshman year toward a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with general how‑to questions (Microsoft Office apps, printers, Internet Explorer).
• Install/update applications on workstations and laptops.
• Test/troubleshoot problems reported by users, research issues, find solutions and implement fixes.
• Assist IT staff with maintaining hardware, network, and servers.
• Other duties may be assigned.
