Ultipro is seeking an IT Support Intern to gain hands-on experience with help desk operations, desktop support, networking, and hardware in a dynamic team. The role is ideal for undergraduates who enjoy troubleshooting, learning new systems, and delivering practical IT solutions.

You will document requests, troubleshoot devices, assist with hardware deployment, and support system upgrades while developing problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Some college or better in Information Technology or related field.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Document requests, gather details, assign work orders, and help users get timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot workstation, network, printer, ERP hardware, and software issues across the organization.
• Assist hardware deployment, install equipment, and set up workstations.
• Support day-to-day performance, capacity, and stability of corporate and production systems.
• Respond to operational issues to meet service-level expectations.
• Build experience with Windows administration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting on production workstations.
• Participate in planning and testing system and application upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teammates and share knowledge to resolve complex issues.
