Stellix seeks an IT Support Specialist II to provide hands-on, customer-focused support in Foxborough. You will resolve escalated issues, configure devices, manage inventory, and partner with vendors to maintain a robust IT environment.

The role requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and a proactive attitude. Expect on-site demand, occasional travel, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years in an IT support role or equivalent experience.
• Associates Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and O365 administration.
• Experience with Windows 11, AD, and Intune management.
• Strong communication and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite IT support in Foxboro, MA and resolve tickets.
• Configure laptops, cell phones, and user provisioning.
• Manage end-user inventory and software licensing.
• Collaborate with IT vendors on open issues.
• Deliver onsite and remote end-user support across locations.
• Develop documentation for procedures and systems.
