Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize support calls using the enterprise ticketing system and manage tickets with updates and escalations.
• Coordinate hardware purchases and disposals for workstations and peripherals.
• Provide on-site and remote support, and assist with OS deployment and imaging.
