Job summary

CustomIS in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an IT helpdesk candidate with at least 1 year of experience to provide desk-side and end-user support. This in-office role covers both remote and on-site assistance for diverse clients, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Tier 1 IT experience with desktop/AD management and app support.
• Experience with O365 and end-user support.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and end-user IT support.
• Resolve technical issues remotely and on-site for multiple clients.
• Document solutions clearly for end users.
• Assist with hardware and software installations and configurations.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
