Job summary

Vision RT Ltd. seeks an on-site IT-focused professional to maintain and support the Colorado Training Centre and associated local and remote IT systems. You will manage end-user devices, network connectivity, training environments, and AV systems, acting as the primary IT contact for US-based stakeholders.

You will contribute to global IT coverage as time zones allow, ensuring training facilities remain fully operational and IT services run smoothly for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows 11 administration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Identity & Access Management including Azure AD and Group Policy.
• Endpoint Management including Intune and Autopilot.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Proven experience taking end-to-end ownership of incidents through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support across the business globally, focusing on US users.
• Procure employee and site hardware, keeping accurate asset records.
• Maintain and support on-site hardware and training systems; provide remote hands for other IT teams.
• Ensure ongoing reliability of the Colorado Training Centre.
• Support onboarding of new starters, including device prep and handover.
• Manage recovery and decommissioning of employee devices.
• Act as primary on-site IT contact for training centre users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across end-user technology and support services.
