Job summary

Vision RT is seeking an on-site IT specialist for the Colorado Training Centre to maintain local and remote systems, support training activities, and act as the primary IT contact for US stakeholders. The role covers end-user devices, network, AV systems, and onboarding of new starters.

The candidate should have strong Windows 11 and M365 experience, plus expertise in identity management, endpoint management, and hardware troubleshooting, with a focus on reliability and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 administration and support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Identity & Access Management experience (Azure AD, Group Policy).
• Experience with endpoint management and device deployment.
• Hardware troubleshooting across laptops/desktops and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for the Colorado Training Centre and US users.
• Procure hardware and maintain asset records in the service system.
• Maintain on-site hardware and training systems, with remote assistance as needed.
• Ensure continuous operation and readiness of the Colorado Training Centre.
• Assist onboarding of new starters with device prep and handover.
• Manage device recovery and decommissioning processes.
• Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for training centre users.
• Contribute to IT end-user technology improvements and processes.
