Job summary

Vision RT is seeking a Field Service Engineer – IT & Systems to install, configure, and maintain the Vision RT product portfolio at customer sites across the US. You will deliver remote and on-site technical support, diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in dynamic clinical environments.

The role requires extensive travel, with duties that include site surveys, maintenance, and occasional after-hours work to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing software, OS, and hardware in a customer-facing setting.
• Solid Windows OS, BIOS, firmware, and hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong networking fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
