Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and user-centric service mindset.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and ChromeOS, iOS, Android as needed.
• Proficient with Google Workspace administration and security basics (SSO, MFA).
• Familiar with device management (MDM) and endpoint protection tools.
• Ability to scripts tasks in Bash or Python to automate workflows.
• Proactive problem-solver who values scalability and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system.
• Diagnose problems across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android and core SaaS platforms (GSuite, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian).
• Troubleshoot enrollment, configurations, and policy enforcement on devices.
• Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding and offboarding).
• Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination and participate in on-call rotations.
• Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers.
