Anthropic is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team. You will provide end-user support across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android, triage issues, and help scale onboarding and automation.

Based in one of our offices (SF, Seattle, New York, or Washington DC), this role includes on-call rotations, documentation, and opportunities to grow into more complex infrastructure tasks. If you are a strong communicator with 7+ years of IT support experience and a track record of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; methodical, curious, and persistent.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and ChromeOS, iOS, and Android.
• Significant experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Slack administration — workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system; support via Slack and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android; manage device enrollment and policy enforcement.
• Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs).
• Contribute to automation and runbooks; write internal documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems.
