Job summary

Addi is seeking a proactive IT/Tech Support professional to sustain operational continuity and secure infrastructure for a fast-growing fintech team. You will manage hybrid macOS/Windows environments, automate repetitive tasks, and document procedures to improve security and user experience.

Collaboration with global teams is essential to scale our Zero-Trust framework. You’ll own incident resolution, device provisioning, and knowledge base improvements, while engaging stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of direct experience in technical support for startups.
• Mastery of hybrid infrastructures (macOS/Windows) and Cloud environments.
• Autonomously resolves Level 2 and 3 incidents (Google Workspace, MDM).
• Anticipates hardware/software failures to cut downtime.
• Maintains a B1 English level or higher for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 95% ticket resolution rate within Asana SLAs.
• Ensure device fleet compliance with hardening policies and MDM standards (Jamf/Intune) within 120 days.
• Achieve 0% error rate in access and license provisioning on first/last day.
• Automate at least 3 recurring manual processes per quarter (Bash/Python/Apps Script).
• Create and update a technical knowledge base to reduce Level 1 inflow by 15%.
