Job summary

Applied Digital in the Harwood/Fargo area is seeking a motivated IT Support professional to join our team. You will assist and support the corporate technology base, coordinate with the Corporate IT Director, and onboard new hires while helping set up facilities.

The role involves remote user support, travel under 10%, and collaboration with teams nationwide to implement IT initiatives and maintain documentation, devices, and security across sites.

Qualifications

• Installation, configuration and repair of PCs, laptops and mobile devices.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Windows 11, iPhone/Android, Microsoft 365, and MDM.
• BIOS, device drivers, Active Directory, antivirus/malware knowledge.
• Networking basics: VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to learn new technologies; ITIL/ServiceNow a plus.
• Experience with corporate compliance controls.
• Flexible to work across different time zones.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork across IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Manage IT assets and maintain strong documentation.
• Provision new users, computers, and mobile devices.
• Configure systems settings and troubleshoot.
• Install and maintain laptops and related devices.
• Prepare purchase requests for new devices.
• Support automation initiatives.
