Job summary

Corporate Technologies LLC seeks an Onsite System Engineer Level 1 to join our Fargo team. The role involves providing hands-on helpdesk support at a customer site, installing and maintaining desktops, printers, and software, and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware and network issues, assist with data migration, and support Exchange/Office 365 and Active Directory. Travel to client sites and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support at customer sites.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers).
• Install and configure software and operating system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Migrate data to new machines and decommission old equipment.
• Provide remote and onsite support to customers.
• Support MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration.
• Maintain a current driver’s license and move between sites as needed.

Corporate Technologies is seeking an Onsite System Engineer Level 1 that will be assigned to a customer site to provide helpdesk support and complete other duties as needed.

Job Duties:

• Helpdesk support
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
• Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
• Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• All teammates are expected to demonstrate job flexibility and perform other duties as assigned to deliver on our promise to keep the client’s needs our priority.
• Provide remote support for customers
• Provide onsite support for customers
• Including support of MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration
• Must have a current Driver's License

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a wide range of users having different levels of computer expertise

• Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network connections

Compensation

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
