Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage cost, staffing, equipment inventory, and system compliance, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities may include coding or integration with external technology, planning and tracking projects in a 24x7 environment, and collaborating with customers to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
