Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to support end users, manage onboarding/offboarding, and optimize IT operations through automation. This onsite role in New York, NY focuses on delivering high-touch support with a health tech organization that prioritizes customer service and collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT support, strong A/V and conference room tech, and experience with Jamf or other MDM platforms, Okta, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong A/V and conference room technology expertise.
• Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of Okta or other identity management platforms.
• Experience with automation tools and workflow creation.
• Strong MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android support.
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jira/Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot conference room A/V technology.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking.
• Support MDM platforms (Jamf or similar).
• Build and maintain IT automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Okta Workflows.
• Provide high-touch support to executives and internal employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document processes and improve support operations.
