Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT experience
• Bachelor's degree or IT field experience including networking, Linux administration, Microsoft administration, and/or Cisco configuration and management
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across varied software/hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical/technical support for IT solution improvements.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
