Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I for Ops Tech Solutions in the Orlando area. You will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality IT support for hardware, OS, and enterprise software across sites in a defined region.

You will troubleshoot straightforward issues and work with cross-functional teams to improve IT solutions. Responsibilities include network engineering, data cabling, systems administration, and maintaining high availability during production hours.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma? (Note: provided as part of basic qualifications)
2+ years of professional IT experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment
2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP)
2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
1+ years of IT service delivery (client/server/network)
Fluent in Cisco networking and either Linux and/or Windows
Current valid Driver License

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting across diverse hardware/software environments.
Ensure infrastructure remains available during production hours.
Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions improvement.
Manage local technical projects.
Create or maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
Support customers across multiple buildings and regions; travel within local/regional area.
