You will troubleshoot standard problems, support continuous IT improvements, and manage local technical projects while collaborating with management and staff to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of professional IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience in networking, Linux/Windows administration, or Cisco configuration.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical solutions and provide high quality IT support across sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software to keep systems available.
• Interact with management to drive continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Manage local technical projects and maintain policies and procedures.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and travel locally as needed.
