Qualifications

1+ years of Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment.
1+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery.
2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
2+ years Windows/Linux/Mac OS corporate support.
2+ years maintaining a corporate network environment.
High school or equivalent diploma.
Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

Network engineering, data cabling, and systems administration.
Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours.
Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions.
Manage local technical projects.
Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
