Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user environment
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years of Windows/Mac/Linux OS support
• 2+ years maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across software and hardware environments
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions and continuous improvement
• Manage local IT projects
• Maintain or create IT policies, procedures, and processes
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
• Travel up to 25% of the time
