Job summary

Matica Biotechnology, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist in College Station to maintain end-user systems and secure infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and collaborate with IT and business teams on projects that improve operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support, help desk, or sysadmin experience.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop/server environments and Active Directory.
• IT certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for help desk tickets and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain company software and computer systems, including standard OS deployments.
• Manage full user account lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), including AD, email, and remote access provisioning.
• Track ticket metrics and meet SLA targets for response and resolution.
