Job summary

Arena Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for our internal staff and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage endpoints, and help maintain network and security.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT, at least 2 years of IT support experience, and strong communication skills. You will work both independently and with a team to implement new systems and educate staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years in IT support or similar role.
• Proficient with Windows and Mac, Office apps, and common software.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware/software, network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure for performance and security.
• Assist with implementing new IT systems and technologies.
• Collaborate to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Train staff on technology and software usage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
