Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems and common business applications.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user account issues and reset passwords.
• Diagnose and resolve workstation, application, and connectivity problems.
• Assist with maintaining secure and reliable network operations.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and processes in ticketing systems; develop user guides.
