The candidate should have an associate degree in computer technology or related field with years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field; three years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of a wide range of technologies to support end-user needs including computing devices, OS, printers, and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Windows operating systems; and active directory administration.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret and resolve hardware/software issues and perform imaging/restoration.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain PC hardware and related systems.
• Handle service tickets and respond to issues within SLAs.
• Install, repair and maintain audio-video systems, kiosks, and embedded devices.
• Assist with profile and access management for network and property systems.
