Job summary

Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA for a 6+ month engagement. The role requires hands-on support across Apple and Windows environments, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software faults, supporting VPN access, and assisting users via phone, walkups and chat; Jamf JSS/Casper knowledge is a plus. Previous enterprise IT support experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressures well.
• Proficient on supporting software and hardware applications on Apple and Windows platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, O365, Microsoft Suites, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and Jabber, Slack and Box, etc.
• Jamf JSS/Casper knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient on diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
• Proficient on supporting VPN or remote access (e.g. Yubico and Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client).
• Ability to support users via phone, walkups and chat.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple and Windows platforms.
• Assist users with VPN/remote access setup and usage.
• Support collaboration tools like Outlook, O365, Zoom, WebEx, Jabber, Slack and Box.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common IT support goals.
• Handle escalations and manage incoming requests as assigned by the manager.
