Job summary

Networking Technologies + Support is seeking a Technology Support Technician to provide end-user device support, including PCs, Macs, iPads, and iPhones, in a corporate environment. The role emphasizes deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and responsive user support.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of desk-side or help desk experience, hands-on Microsoft Intune, and proficiency with Windows and iOS. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential.

• Experience with Windows and iOS environments.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for PCs, printers, and Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones).
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and endpoint hardware.
• Assist users with hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, device lifecycle, and deployments.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve issues.
• Follow security policies to protect company data and devices.
