Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a IT Operations Support professional to ensure the smooth running of computing environments in a hands-on role. You will handle hardware/software troubleshooting, asset management, and basic printer operations while coordinating with server/network teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to document processes, resolve incidents, and support ad hoc projects in Jira. This is an on-site role in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in break-fix for hardware/software and customer satisfaction.
• Experience collaborating in a team to solve problems and lead projects in Jira.
• Strong communication to lead scrum practices and coordinate with factory leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic operational support for computing environments following established procedures.
• Monitor and perform standard stable processes or operations.
• Manage onsite desktop hardware and software including troubleshooting and printer hardware management.
• Support server/network teams with smart hands and conference room setup.
• Manage asset lifecycle and computer deployments for unit customers.
• Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow and update assets in ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain basic documents and records including contact lists, process logs, and incident reports.
• Recognize and resolve problems using pre-established solutions and escalate when needed.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and data supporting processes or operations.
• Apply technical knowledge to support end-user ticket resolution and basic printer operations.
