Job summary

Technoviz LLC is seeking a seasoned IT Desktop Support specialist to provide Tier 3 desktop support across a large enterprise. You will maintain workstation hardware and software, manage OS updates, support printers and peripherals, and handle incidents and service requests.

The role is remote with occasional on-site Madison visits, requires excellent written and verbal communication, and involves collaboration with a team of technicians and a project manager on projects and deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tier 3 desktop support experience.
• Strong collaboration with a team and project manager.
• Proficient in OS maintenance and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Tier 3 support and maintenance of workstation software and hardware
• Support and maintenance of Operating Systems for user workstations
• Peripheral device support (printers/scanner/etc) and maintenance
• Incident and Service Request Management
• Technical assistance on projects as assigned by Desktop Support Supervisor
