Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification a major plus.
• Experience with Windows OS, AD, helpdesk systems, hardware setup, software installation and remote tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier, first-line technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
• Own the lifecycle of break/fix tickets, equipment moves, and compliance tasks; document findings.
• Provision, modify, and manage user accounts using Microsoft Active Directory and business apps.
