The ideal candidate has 1–3 years IT support experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with users. This is a contract through 2027 with weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support experience (hands-on)
• Full life-cycle of PC Hardware Deployments / Retrieving Assets
• Excel - documentation and keeping track of assets/deployments

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support and remote setup for new users.
• Configure user profiles and install/update software.
• Assist with hardware updates and asset tracking.
