Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join a growing technology team on-site. The role is full-time and direct hire, supporting a broad user base with diverse technologies.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and MS 365 apps, manage accounts and MFA, document issues, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on upgrades and migrations. Excellent customer service and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support, help desk or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Basic networking, user accounts and hardware understanding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word.
• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions and MFA requests.
• Respond to, document and resolve service desk tickets promptly.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, device deployment and account setup.
• Support asset inventory management and device lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and systems teams on upgrades and initiatives.
• Assist with migrations and technology improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
