Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and MacOS installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office, email apps, web browsers, Adobe apps.
- Experience with server and networked computing environments, TCP/IP, wireless networks.
- Ability to work independently and with faculty, staff, students, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, prompt user support and AV assistance as needed.
- Support classroom and conference room audiovisual systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer operation problems in coordination with the Systems Administrator.
- Provide video teleconferencing support and support for college servers and networking.
