Job summary

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows and MacOS installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, email apps, web browsers, Adobe apps.
  • Experience with server and networked computing environments, TCP/IP, wireless networks.
  • Ability to work independently and with faculty, staff, students, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality, prompt user support and AV assistance as needed.
  • Support classroom and conference room audiovisual systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer operation problems in coordination with the Systems Administrator.
  • Provide video teleconferencing support and support for college servers and networking.
