Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide frontline training and support for end users.
• Coordinate efforts between departments.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and complete tasks on time.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
• Occasionally lift equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Be detail oriented and organized.
• Working knowledge of common software applications for word processing and spreadsheets.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to respectful and civil workplace across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support and assist Media Support Services with maintenance of classroom AV and PC instructional technology.
• Provide technical advice and end-user training.
• Ensure system functionality after maintenance and changes.
• Office locations on VCU’s Academic and Medical Campus.
