Amazon's Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility. You will help improve IT infrastructure and participate in career development opportunities as presented.

This role emphasizes hands-on IT support, training new hires, and learning new technologies, with opportunities to assist both local and remote customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
• Strong customer service experience in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network
• Assist in training new hires
• Continuous learning of new technologies
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers
• Ability to move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for long shifts
