Amazon IT Support Associate II is part of the Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) team supporting Amazon Operations facilities in a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and deploy IT equipment, assist in training new hires, and continuously learn new technologies to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• 1+ year(s) of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support or equivalent.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
