Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II for Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) in Logan Township, NJ. You will support operations facilities, resolve technical issues, and assist in training new hires across multiple buildings within the region.

The role emphasizes owning IT infrastructure, continuous learning, and delivering reliable support to customers, with a focus on safety and a casual dress code at locations.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area and remote locations.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers.
