Job summary

Amazon IT Support Associate II at Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) supports the operations team in resolving technical problems across diverse disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility. You will help improve systems and participate in career development opportunities to progress at Amazon.

Responsibilities include IT equipment upkeep, handling network support requests, training new hires, and ongoing learning of new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network
• Assisting in training new hires
• Continuous learning of new technologies
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers
• Moving up to 49lbs and standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours
