MÜNZING NORTH AMERICA is seeking a personable Junior IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and assist with maintaining IT systems. The role focuses on desktop and helpdesk support, user accounts, and basic security tasks.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years IT experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Some travel to other company locations may be required.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years IT experience; internships or certs noted as plus.
• Strong communication and ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn networking concepts and protocols (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VoIP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Exposure to Active Directory and Azure AD administration; VMware familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day desktop and helpdesk support to employees.
• Set up and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts and access, including M365 licensing.
• Perform basic Active Directory tasks: create accounts, reset passwords.
• Support IT security tasks such as antivirus alerts and phishing awareness.
• Document procedures and maintain inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Travel to other locations for on-site support as needed.
