Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a motivated IT professional to join our Helpdesk team at headquarters. This entry-level Tier I role is the first point of contact for employees and delivers timely, professional support for IT issues.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with account access and printer connectivity, support workstation setup, and help with onboarding. Travel to satellite offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support or related role experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common business software.
• Familiarity with hardware, peripherals, and trouble shooting.
• Understanding of user accounts, passwords, and AD concepts.
• Strong customer service and ability to explain technical info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues across the organization.
