Job summary

Expeditors in the United States is hiring for an IT Support role to provide first-level technical help for hardware, software, and network issues. You will assist with system updates, patches, and basic configurations, while maintaining strong documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Windows 11, manage hardware inventory, and support procurement with vendors.

Qualifications

Hardware management of branch IT equipment incl. inventory, end-of-life, ordering, setup and retirement.
Troubleshoot software issues, rollout new software, data backup & security, and use of technical solutions.
Develop and implement solutions with operational teams to drive automation and productivity.
Experience with Windows 11 OS and PC troubleshooting; building PCs preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and communicate effectively with users.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in system updates, patching, and basic configuration under supervision.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base for recurring issues.
Escalate complex issues promptly with detailed context to senior staff.
Follow IT policies, security protocols, and maintain audit-ready incident logs.
Collaborate with vendors for warranty claims and procurement guidance.
