Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related IT field or 1–2 years IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of network policies, topology, LAN environments, and IP standards.
• Proactive mindset with focus on process automation and improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented, solution-focused and innovative.
• Proficiency in software applications and technology tools.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides second-level technical support for complex hardware.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Assists in system upgrades, deployments, and configuration of enterprise applications.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and technical guidance.
• Takes ownership of escalated issues and coordinates resolution across teams.
• Delivers proactive support by anticipating user needs and preventing issues.
• Maintains relationships with end-users through responsive and empathetic service.
• Evaluates complex problems and designs innovative solutions aligned with goals.
• Enforces IT security policies, conducts configuration reviews, and maintains audit-ready records.
• Manages vendor relationships for service agreements, repairs, and procurement.
